RMA TERMS & CONDITIONS
1 No goods will be accepted without a valid RMA number
2 The RMA Number issued is only valid for a period of seven days, failure to comply will result in the faulty product being returned untested.
4 Memory and CPU's (and all other products) must be returned unsoiled( i.e. they should only carry warranty labels supplied byASD Micro Electronics).
5 Credit will only be issued where a replacement is not available.
6 Any DOA's, Physical damage or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours.
7 RMA turn around time is 21 days from reciept of consignment.
