About shipping / cost:
We prove 2 options at present, but regardless of choice we may use either if deemed necessary at no extra cost to you.
We ship to all areas in the UK using Business Post and most European countries Using Fed-Ex, DHL. For small packets we use the royal mail sign for services
All items shipped requires a signature on delivery.
Products ordered by 12:00PM GMT Monday-Friday will usually be shipped the next day the latest. Products ordered that are bulky and requires testing before despatch will be shipped the next business day or soon after (See stated handling time). The customer will be contacted if any unexpected delays occur while orders are being processed. Most of our servers are retested before despatch as variation in storage temperature has a bearing in functionality, so stated time for delivery are approximate on bulky items. All items have a tracking number which are uploaded to your eBay item page, all our services are self tracking , so please track it daily and notify us if there were any issues.
Shipping Limitations / Delays:
All shipping dates and estimated delivery dates are approximate and are based upon current availability of materials and prompt receipt of all necessary information. We will not be liable for any damage, loss, fault or expenses arising out of delays in shipment or other act caused by or imposed by strikes, fires, disasters, riots, Acts of God, governmental action or any other cause or condition beyond our reasonable control.
Other shipping carrier options are available on request. However we may use our discretion also to provide the safest and best service. You may organise your own transportation, but remember that the shipping cost quoted includes packaging material custom made boxes and there will be a charge for those which can be agreed prior to sale. We may used palletise service where a consignment exceeds a certain weight limit set by our couriers/or where it’s deemed to be the safer option in absence of original box etc.
if you fail to accept delivery for what ever reason, and need to re-organise a redelivery from the local depot, there will be a charge of 75% of the original shipping cost by the courier, and a storage fee depending how long they have to keep it in their warehouse, where free shipping has been provided by us, we will advise you the original cost to us , and you will need to pay the 75% of that original cost for redelivery.
FOB Origin / Taxation:
All international orders are quoted exempt of Taxes which means that we are not responsible for any duties, taxes, customs broker fees, or any other additional costs that may be imposed when your shipment arrives in your country. By placing an order with us, you agree to accept any and all charges that may be in addition to regular shipping and insurance costs. If you choose to not pay these fees, then you agree that you have abandoned your package and are not entitled to any refund from us. Once the package leaves the UK, the package is your responsibility to either claim or abandon.
Please be aware that certain items may be restricted for import into your country. It is your responsibility to ensure that items ordered are legal / allowed to be imported into your country. Although we will do our best to assist you with additional information or documentation, if your shipment is confiscated by your country’s customs, it is solely your responsibility to either claim or abandon the shipment. No refunds will be issued for items confiscated by customs outside of the United Kingdom.
We work office hours and all shipping are done weekdays only! Usually it takes 3 days from payment clearance to delivery in mainland UK, longer for all other areas! Shipping hours : Monday to Friday 12.00pm-2.30PM
Vat : at 20 % is included in sale where stated ( Exception where we have special Vat free promo’s)
Pay Pal: We accept PayPal. You must have a verified shipping address with PayPal. It’s easy to get verified and is a minimum requirement by us
You can use a debit card to pay over the phone or bank transfer.
Direct payment by credit card is not accepted, only when customer is present, all credit card payment via PayPal only.

With your protection in mind:
Serial numbers: All relevant serial numbers are logged in a data base, we also use warranty stickers where appropriate. These stickers are designed to break if removed or tampered with. We use Laser Mrakers to Etch overt/Covert codes to identify our porducts.We will not accept items for replacement with stickers that have been broken or tampered with And may ask you to look up the Laser etched codes before we generate an RMA. To avoid any possible confusion, we suggest you take a picture of the security stickers on the item prior to return, and forward this via email.
We respectfully ask that you adhere to these terms so that you can expect to receive our highest level of service.
Defective Products Guarantee: All Item sold by us carry a 30 Days warranty from us. Defective parts are subject to either replacement if another product is in stock or a full refund and must be reported within the 30 day warranty period.
All Items being returned for replacement must have a (Return Material Authorization) RMA number. Returned packages with no RMA number will be refused. To obtain an RMA number, please call 0333 9000 020 or email us with a request.
Items returned must be in the original condition. We reserve the right to null said warranty if this condition is not met. Units that are found to be free of defects (where buyer has reported a defect) or missing components will be returned at the buyer expense.Under the DSR rules Consumers have a right up to 14 days from date of delivery to return goods and get a Full refund of the original paid price Including shipping if they change theire mind,The foresaid RMA process still applies,The DSR rule doesnt apply to corporate/Business buyers.
We are not responsible for any damage or deletion to systems that have resulted from the use of our product(s) the maximum liability shall not exceed the price paid for the purchase of the unit from us. We offer specific warranty period and it will be stated in the body of the listing. There may or may not be any additional manufacturer’s warranty on the product. We offer our warranty specifically on defects in material or workmanship only. We assume that our customers will have a high degree of general and specific knowledge about the products. The customer is responsible for choosing the proper product for their application

when you trade with us , we as a company under HMRC regulation keep records for 6 Years for legal complian
These records are mainly in form of invoices.
The information that we keep are Kept on printed paper and to minimise loss od data only one Electronic file is kept on a server that is switched off everyday outside office hours.
These records are kept in a secure encrypted database and a paper copy format, none of your details are ever used for any other purposes.
all emails that we receive from you regarding your purchase and in cases where a resolution is required are similarly kept for 6 years.
After the 6 years all documents are shreded and the database record are deleted.
These records are a legal requirement By HMRC and A "right to be forgotten" doesn’t apply until the elapse of 6 years of their creation.
All records on online payment are only visible to us as seller for 3 months only, after which they are no longer accessible, the exception being to email communication via the Paypal portal which are available for up to 1 year after which we have no access.
We use Paypal bank to process online Payment and we don't get any of your CC details when you interact with Paypal, the only information we get is your adress and if payment was succesfull.

99% of all of our items listed are stocked in our 2 warehouses in Basildon Essex, the 1% usually in transit. We don’t use virtual stock from other suppliers!
Under the Sale of Goods Act – Distance Selling Regulations, If you are a consumer (not a business) you have the right to cancel the order within 14 days of receipt. If the item has already been delivered, it must be unused and in its original packaging with all accessories included. Right of cancellation does not apply to audio or video recordings or computer software if they have been unsealed. You must notify me in writing (preferably by email or alternatively by letter) to the address given by email of your cancellation. If you cancel you must take care of the goods while in your possession and return them to me safely at your own expense. I suggest you use a tracked delivery method. If you fail to return the goods you will be charged the direct cost of recovering them from the place of delivery. Your purchase price and the cost of the outbound shipping from me to you will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation.
You accept the Item(s) is/are “second-hand” goods unless otherwise stated and that the Item(s) is/are sold on an “as is” basis with a 30 day warranty period. During this period if you believe the item(s) is/are faulty, you will need to return the item at your expense. The item(s) will then be fully tested and if found not to be faulty shall be returned to you at the same cost as original postage stated in the EBay auction if the item was shipped free then the going rate of Interlink express will be charged, you will be contacted beforehand to arrange payment for returning the item. If the item(s) is/are found to be faulty then either a refund or replacement will be given. A refund will only be given after the goods have been examined by our return Department. For any form of return, the return shipping cost will be the Buyers responsibility. DSR only applies in the EU (European Union).Original shipping cost is Non-refundable for any transaction outside the EU, Your statutory rights aren't affected by this terms and conditions, Only buy from us if you accept these terms.
